Kidipoo is committed to providing a hassle-free experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as easy and stress-free as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it for another product or store credit only. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please allow 48-72 hours for our team to respond to your query.
Once we receive your request, we will raise a pickup request for your product. Once it has been done, it will take 3-9 working days for us to receive the goods. After receiving the goods, we will conduct a quality check within 24-48 hours. After the quality check is approved, we will dispatch the new required item/credit note.
To process your exchange/return request, please make sure that the clothing is in an unused condition and the tags are attached. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for products that have been used or damaged.
Once you have exchanged an item, you cannot exchange it again. If you are unsure about the product you wish to exchange for, we recommend contacting our customer service team, who can help you choose the right product for your needs.
Store credit issued can be used anytime, and there is no expiry for the same. We want to ensure that you have complete flexibility in using your credit, so you can shop with confidence.
